why don't you post a hijack this log to be absolutely sure it's gone, and to get rid of it's registry entries..

the messenger.exe probably is the trojans main executable..

what is this O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IJ75P2PSERVER] IJ75P2PS.EXE

fix these

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1AFBD80E-60B2-39EE-F8DA-92FBA38F062D} - C:\windows\system\vxvlwfrf.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [system] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MESSENGER.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [system] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MESSENGER.EXE

then reboot into safe mode and rename the file messenger.exe to messenger.something..
do another reboot and check with another hjt scan if it's gone from the running processes list, then delete it

to get a second opinion on the file scan the messenger .exe with kaspersky online http://www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html

yeah looks like that's a printer utility.. now i suppose the windows.exe was a virus and it has corrupted your registry so that no exe is allowed to run without the windows.exe..
http://www.liutilities.com/products/win...y/windows/

there is a fix for this, i just can't seem to find it.. hmm is it HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT>exefile>shell>open>command
can you tell what is the value here

edit: uups you're probably unable to run regedit.exe... so rename it to regedit.com and then run it
