ive got an AIM virus that i absolutley cant get rid of. i dont know what to do.

automatically, it will send a message to whoever im talking to saying something like, "look at this" or "this is neat" and the little phrase will be followed by something like "http://3004.2203.30" etc. the numbers are always different and i dont know what to do.

HELP IS NEEDED!

please reply or email me back with help or who i should contact or anything at all.
