I have a problem with my second computer. The machine won't come up at all. As soon as Windows start, a message flashes errors 0x80040507 and virtual memory too low, and it tries to reboot itself. Tried to reinstalling XP but the system is not booting from Cd-rom though i ahve changed settings.
Will reinstalling help?
PLease let me know as soon as possible.

Try tapping F8 while boot, choose- last good known configuration, maybe it can do it.
You have change settings, where?
