Close the internet.

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to bring up Task Manager. Click the processes tab and find this entry:
wgxcepg.exe

Right click on the entry and choose end process from the menu.

Delete this file:

C:\WINNT\system32\wgxcepg.exe

Go to Control Panel > Add Remove Programs. Uninstall TV Media and MemoryMeter
---------------

Close All Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer Windows. Select the following items and press Fix checked:[b]

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINNT\UpdReg.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pvhappykhtx] C:\WINNT\system32\wgxcepg.exe

Log off and back onto Windows.
Delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\TV Media
---------------
Empty your Temporary Internet Files and history in Internet Options. And clean out your
%Userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp
folder. It's a good idea to do that regularly.

---------------
Run HijackThis again and post the new log in your next reply in this same topic.
