please please help! - hijacker - i can't find the source

i'm having a problem ie automatically launches when i'm online and opens look-n-search.com, after i close it, it launches to unrequested sites that are not allowed to visit at my job! . I tried looking at the faq but still not sure as to which files need to be cleaned/fixed. please help!

Your log shows CoolWebSearch infection. Download CWShredder from Download it here:
http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe

Just download it, and double-click to open it (Close all browsers and any open windows). Hit the 'Fix' button to run it. Let it fix what it finds. When done, press 'next' and you will get the results, and then 'exit'. Restart the system after cleaning with CWShredder.

Next, empty the Temporary Internet Files (Click Start>Run then type %temp% in the Run box. Hit OK. Select all the items in that folder then delete them)

Next go to Housecall, http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp to run a scan. Let it disinfect the system if it found an infection.

Next, go to Windows Update to upgrade your system to Service Pack 1. Also install the critical patches that it will offer. http://www.windowsupdate.com

Once you are done with the above, re-scan using HijackThis and kindly post a fresh log.
