How do I know what to delete and what to save on Hijack log?

Not being a tech or IT guy, I downloaded the Hijack software and ran it. There seems to be a lot loading on startup. I have run Spybot, Adaware, and Spysweep. There seems to be a little still let to do? Here's the log. Not knowing what to keep and is necessary and what is crap is frustrating.

Hi,

Make sure your Norton definitions are up-to-date. Now download the following to your desktop and save them.

Download the following CWshredder, Ad-aware, & Spy-Bot.

- Updating Ad-aware: Double-Click the Desktop Icon, Click 'Check For Updates Now' > Click 'Connect'

- Updating Spybot: Double-Click the Desktop Icon > Click Update > Drop-Down Box UniDo(Europe) Select Pure-Elite(USA) or EON (AU) > Click 'Search for Updates' > Click 'Download Updates'

Now rebooot your computer into safe mode (press f8 during reboot, select safe mode) and DON'T reconnect to the net. Run both of the uninstallers that are saved to your desktop.

Run CWShredder and allow the program to fix what it finds.

Close CWShredder, open Ad-aware and make the following changes to the settings in Ad-aware.

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweak > Scanning Engine:
check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweak > Cleaning Engine:
Check: "Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot."

Press "Proceed"

Press "Start"

- Select option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Click 'Activate in-depth scan'
- Press 'Select drives\folders to scan' Select the active partition which is usually C:
- Click Customize
- Make sure all are Checked
--'Scan Within Archives'
--'Scan Active Processes'
--'Scan Registry'
--'Deep Scan Registry'
--'Scan My IE Favorites For Banned URL'S
--'Scan My Hosts File'
- Click Proceed

Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...

Allow the Ad-aware to fix what it finds.

Close Ad-aware and open Spybot.
- Click 'Search & Destroy'
- Click 'Check for problems' (the program will now search your HDD)
- Make sure all finding are checked and click 'Fix Selected Problems'

Close SpyBot and run Norton if Norton finds anything allow Norton to remove, now Reboot!

When you're finished post a fresh log in your thread.

and click fix. Reboot into safe mode (press f8 during reboot, select safe mode) find and delete the following files and folders.

ALCXMNTR.EXE <--search for it

C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpsrdm.exe

Folders:
C:\Program Files\TV Media

Reboot back into normal mode and download Registrar Lite from here:
http://www.resplendence.com/download/reglite.exe

Put it in its own folder.

Copy and paste the follow text into the address bar, then hit 'Go':
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks

In the pane on the right are the values associated with that key.
We want to remove these two

{6E6DD93E-1FC3-4F43-8AFB-1B7B90C9D3EB}_
{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_
Notice the underscore at the end, It should be the first one.

Right click on it, and select delete.
If you get a confirmation question, respond OK then close out the program.

Once complete post a fresh log in your thread.
