This one looks simple enough, I'm not quite sure how you have your internet connection set up, but this shouldn't be too hard to work around anyway.

Start by cleaning out this part of the log with HijackThis:

thanks for the quick response.

I did what you told me. Reset the computer and still had those famous pop ups rederecting to that page like everyone else is getting lately. However, at 2:15am I updated my ad-aware and apparently they have included a fix for this problem cause it hasn't happened since... (crosses fingers)

Again, thanks a lot for taking the time to help me out!
One more thing, do you know what all these DPFs things are? and are they slowing my machine? If they are, how do I remove them?

DPF's are Active X's you need to either install and/or view certain features on web pages. I will include one or two for you to remove.
Some are good and some are bad.

C:\Documents and Settings\Nicolas\Desktop\HijackThis.exe Don't run HT from the desktop.
Create a new folder. Right click on Hijackthis.exe and choose cut.
Then right click on the new folder's icon and choose paste.

Close All Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer Windows. Select the following items and press Fix checked:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0B90AA1B-F649-44C3-9FD3-736C332CBBCF} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: sr - {FC2593E3-3E5A-410F-AF3D-82613CCE58E5} - c:\windows\sr.dll

Empty your Temporary Internet Files and history in Internet Options. And clean out your
%Userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp
folder. It's a good idea to do that regularly.
