Thanks cavalier, in a way you could say it was, 'cause thats what the sixties were like, one big, big birthday party. Were you there
I feel priviledged to have been there.

A very good analogy.
No sorry I was not there
I am a born again Rocker,
I only came into this world after the death of Daniel O'Donnell
I started to live again after not hearing him for a long while.
(got to be careful here as lilliebets ma may be his fan and she puts curses on folk)
Seem to remember it was all music, drink, LSD, purple hearts and swirling skirts, a bit like the film "Grease", thats when I visit my syko-analist and go into transgression.
I still have my great grandfathers collection of records from the late 50s 60s .
They wont play on my computer though so i dont know if they were good or not.
He used to tell me that cliff Richard used to be a Rock singer until religion got him. No wonder he's still a Batchelor Boy (so my grandad say's)
What's it like being old
Grandad says,is Fergul Sharkey still doing the rounds of old folks homes?

Hi cavalier, bt/yahoo! have album charts and Daniel is No6 so look out.
I posted in haste, without taking time to read your post right through. Seems like you very, very young. You write like a man of more maturity,
so I'm suspicious of your claims to be about 15 or younger.

Maturity as in Stilton "gone off"
Yes it's true, when I reply to Claires postings I am a teenager (psst dont tell her) In reality I'm only 12 and my grandad warned me about chatting to old men like you, he says youre just after one thing, (my pocket money to buy alcohol with).
He says you must be a Val Doonigan fan (who's he, is he a rapper?)

Nice to hear from you cavalier, so you reckon claire's avatar is of herself.
I think I'll join in the chase then.
Maturity as in Stilton "gone off". No Mature as in going bald up top. I don't know about me being old but send me your money for
Drink!! Girls!! Feck!!.
Val Doonigan, now there's a rapper if ever there was one.
Although my 17yo son doesn't seem to have him in his collection of CD's.
Mustn't like him. cavalier, you're a bit of a joker.

What'd a CD, is that something that came out before MP3s & iPODs.
A 17 year old son! my, you must be anceint.
You not into Lasgo or Kelly Llorenna then, or a bit of hard core trance?
Claires avatar is real, I took the photo and can vouch for its authenticity.
Mine on the other hand is a photo of my grandads ancestor, he says I'll look like him one day as I look like a big girls blouse now.
Gotta go and do a bit more orrse riding (no you dont substitute the o with a)to keep up with the Cheshire set.
And just cause I've shaved me edd there's not need to call me baldy, it will give me an inferiorority complex and stop me from going to school |
