It seems JD's test config here has a problem with MSN Gaming Zone in regards to logging into any CD-Game lobbies. It will not load and I have done the following in the User Excludes-Includes list
Code: |
#
#Zone/Hotmail Stuff!
#
zone.msn.com $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
classic.zone.msn.com $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
login.passport.com $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
login.passport.net $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
loginnet.passport.net $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
loginnet.passport.com $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
hotmail.com $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
hotmail.net $SET(keyword=.gifs.activex.js.con.frames.code.)
#
|
Now unless I am missing a keyword JD5000 forgot then those cd-lobbies should load but they don't. For now I have went back to the older 10-24-03 config which DOES work for me with Zone.

I'm so very grateful to JD5000 for keeping up with Yahoo's nasty clutterware. It works fine for me in Firefox, coming before the mozdev AdBlock extension, and after ZoneAlarm 4's efforts. There do seem to be, as so often, complications in Opera 7.5.
I am wondering if there could be some way to vertically squash some pages, since one ploy has been to put clutterware at the top so the viewer is forced to scroll down to the meat. |

On http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=U1
when I'm holding down the "J" key, scripts are still disabled (10.e.a). I checked with last stable release, and there it works Ok (domain is temporarily in 'Allow-JS').
Edit: I just realised that $KEYCHK(J) is not yet included in the alpha filters

I am using JD_Basic_A. when visiting live365.com and selecting a station to listen to, the playlist opens and then the listening wizard appears. Selecting the option to select another player causes it to hang when it is about 50% done checking for another mp3 player. How do we go about resolving this issue? |

Whoo, good feedback guys. Still a bit short on time. But I will try to answer all the questions soon.
Sorry for the long delay!

OK....
I solved my msn messenger and hotmail problem by replacing the new one with last year filterset 03-10-24. I don't know what causes the problem and how the problem is solved. I didnt change anything at all except replacing the filter set. Still I prefer to use the newst filter set as soon as the problem is fixed. My current setting is jd5000 extra.
Thankyou for your attention |

|
|
Hi JD,
the following URL uses a lot of flash:
http://wetter.rtl.de/index_ok.html?page...lor=0A48A5
I have added the site to "allow all JS" and the page loads fine except the flash-files of course.
BUT if I add the site to "Allow Flash) by adding [^/]++wetter.rtl.de $SET(keyword=.flash.) I get a blank page with text [Keywords]. If I click on [Keywords] it says: Keywords set .flash.
As a side note, when I then click on "Close", the green box showing the details about the keywords doesn't close.
Any way to get the flash to work on this site? |

Another one:
On this site I get a pop-up if I use The basic filter. The advanced filter blocks the pop-up. Which filters do I have to additionally check in the basic filter in order to block that one?

That's it for now.... |

I'm using the basic config and I just got this error message when trying to register my Microsoft Works Suite 2003 at
http://www.microsoft.com/products/works...fault.asp#
Proxo application error:
“Sorry, but I need SSleay32.dll and libeay.dll to do this”. This was using IE6Sp1. I used it because that I’ve had trouble using Firefox at Microsoft sites particularly Office.
I switched to your extra config from last year and with it, I get no error but a pop up box that immediately disappears. I get the same immediately disappearing popup box when I bypass Proxo and use IE there.
With Firefox, the pop up box displays properly using your new basic config and your older extra config. So, maybe this is a problem with IE alone.
I tried the page again in IE and got the error, tried switching to a different config and was told that Proxo had active connections open and no switch could occur until I closed all connections! I've never seen that before. I closed the page to Works on IE, but left all my tabs open on Firefox and tried again to switch configs in Proxo. It let me switch but now proxo appears frozen. Right click on Proxo does not work and hovering the mouse over it in the systray does not tell me which config is loaded.
Hmmm....I cannot post this nor can I refresh any tabs, etc. on Firefox. Proxo is frozen. Never had this happen before. * * * I had to reboot to fix it and Windows had trouble shutting down Proxo. I finally had to kill the process so it definitely was frozen earlier. |

this filter appears to cut out the large,cumbersome computercops.biz logo
http://www.computercops.biz/phpimages/logo.php?op=zx
it is similar to the sidki one but i prefer it with a setting of font-size:1em
it also displays the title Proxomitron Forum Index
http://www.computercops.biz/forum-cat14.html
instead of the usual Computer Cops Forum Index
http://www.computercops.biz/forums.html
next to the new topic / post reply and printer buttons. |

Proxo alpha basic is causing javascript errors at this site which uses java script. http://www.nod32.com.au/nod32/home/home.htm
I get a blank page there when I click on most of tabs at the top except the home tab. On the download tab, I get redirected to www.nod32.com which I do not want. I prefer to use the Australia site not the U.S. site. I also get redirected on the support center tab to the U.S. site. Again, I want the Australian site support not the U.S.
When I switch to last Oct "extra" config, I can get to each of the pages at the Australian Nod32 site just fine. No java script errors.

Hi Mele,
Nice bug report
Try deactivating "Remove: Comments III {R}" for now and import this one (or change the one different line):
Code: |
[Patterns]
Name = "<script><style> Remove: Comments 4.04.30 (multi) [jd s] (d.r)"
Active = TRUE
Multi = TRUE
URL = "$TYPE(htm)"
Bounds = "<(style|script)\0$INEST(<$TST(\0),</$TST(\0))"
Limit = 12000
Match = "(\#(\r\n|\n) /"
"("
"/(^[^%0d%0a]++(<!--|-- >))[^%0d%0a]+"
"|"
"\**\*/"
")"
")+{1,*}\#"
Replace = "\@"
|
As to that download tab, it's no redirect but a direct link to...
http://www.nod32.com/scriptless/download/download.htm

Sidki, you are right...the download link is not a redirect. I was hitting so many tabs there I got confused on that one. If I recall correctly, the download tab there used to not take one to the main NOD32 site for download....but that was some time ago when I first got NOD32 so I was assuming that was a redirect currently.
I'll try your suggestion a bit later as I must get off this computer now (been saying that for thepast hour) and do some errands. Thanks. |

Hello,
I have just started to use the Advanced Beta package. Whenever I restart the computer, I get the following error
Proxo application error:
“Sorry, but I need SSleay32.dll and libeay.dll to do this”.
Why is this coming up on bootup. I am not even opening a web page yet? Is there a way to eliminate this error?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
GD |
