any can explain the difference in layman's terms of thes options in the domain adress and overrides tab??

The domains listed can each be treated differently from the default security profile (defined for each account at the Accounts tab). Three security levels are defined at the Security profiles tab.

BTW, for more explanation you may have missed, click the Question button, then click the field you'd like to know more about.
