I try to defend but they are good

I try to keep junk off my computer, but I am certainly no expert. I have some bought software, and Ad-aware, but today I got bombarded. I have cleaned up what I could by myself, but I am not sure if I have removed all the unauthorized material. Could someone look at my scan and tell me if there is anything I should do.
