I've noticed in the past few days that e-mail that attachments have been eliminated from e-mail services that use avast! antivirus.
The avast! message is "Outbound message clean." Well, it's clean to the point of not having anything there. I use Benign, Mailwasher 4.0 and AdSubtract.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Hi there
Benign is an incoming mail (POP3) scanner and has nothing to do with your outgoing mail (SMTP).
In Benign click Tools>>Summary>>Message log
Are all your emails there?
Every email should be there. If not then you do not have Benign setup correctly.
I have used Avast! with Benign and can send you some documentation if you are having problems?

Sorry to mislead you.
The e-mails are being sent from another person's ISP. He has avast! antivirus. I have Benign. Somewhere between his send and my receipt the attachments are lost.
