Oh...Paul:
I had never ran Proxo apart from some sort of ZX tweak...
I go back to the days when your first started to use Proxo, and we had to make that darn bypass list by ourselves remember? Hell it was you whom had asked me, "the newbie" to make a post on the bypass "how-to" tutorial. And darn that post had gotten voted up so many darn times that it remained in the "Security Forum" for an awfully long time, contrarily to what Wildcat would have liked to see up there... But he is a "Good Sport" too. (Thanks WCB)
There was no ZXList back then, and I do have some of those threads bookmarked on DSLr such as yourself...
Of course there are some that have left, some have grown and now import or code there own filters, but....
I had always enjoyed working with your tweaks and lists, and most of all what I enjoy most is helping out the newbie, just as you have helped me and oh so many others. It was the ZXList that helped me to learn to "true power" that the Proxo reveals.....
What about all those ZXList downloads, both before and after you actually created the ZXList download link. That should say something in itself.
I can not say that I am aware of anyone else set which is built by such an excellent, and security conscious coder such as yourself. That extra security blanket, and comfort of having a properly coded filter set is something that I had always liked about having Proxomitron running on my machine.
Heck I was actually now considering going to the "A_S_bract" thingy or some other web filter now. These are thoughts that I had never even considered in well over a year. So, I suppose that if it effects me as it does now, then it surely does effect some others whom have relied on the ZXList/ZXAdlist combo.
No more comments for I am now naked as a jaybird for the very first time. |

I'm going to keep my vote a secret and say;
It depends on you ZX. You seem awfully busy to me.
Maybe letting go of the ZX list would be good for ya'
Could you use that extra time to focus on other things that may require more attention
Is it still fun for you to create the ZX list
Just some things to consider. |

LoL @ Jabba & CJ.
I think it would be a great loss if you stopped working on the ZX list. I truly hope you don't.

You have a lot of people who count on your expertise. I would have to say that the majority of the old geezers including myself are very thankful that people like you will take the time to do this and provide it for free. I am hoping you continue to make this list available. Like CJ says I am a newbie to Proxo and I have not explored the real capability that this program has. I do know that when I get a ZXList I am safe. |

Ok, this seems to be the overall response. Well, I'm glad that people are able to use the services I like to provide.
