Recently I had problems downloading from anywhere, apparently Zone Alarm was blocking it and I have no idea why. I allowed access to the programs I thought were needed but nothing so I had to shutdown the firewall for a bit. Java wont't display with it on since it's apparently blocking that as well, i've allowed access to the .exe I thought would be needed but nothing. Any help on this would be great, and also was there not an option to allow trusted programs toa ccess the web, how may I enable it?
I recently upgraded to the newest Zone Alarm Pro and i don't recall it happening with the previous version, so I am just looking for any help. Thanks. |

You need to go to the privacy section and click th ecustom button in the cookie area, and check the privacy advisor site. Then the next time you try to download from somewhere, you will get a popup that is telling you what is being blocked (usually third party cookies) and if you click the link, it opens ZA and takes you to the site entry that needs to be customized.
