Could you please tell me what CMA is? This application comes up in the applications/processes/ task manager as running as soon windows starts, even before I open ny pplications.
I tried to delete the files in the CMA files, but 1 or 2 came back as "access denied".
Could this responsible for my computer freezing up sometimes? or running extremely slow at times? |

| Was the exact name of the process running cma.exe ? |

The process running is CMA.exe(upper case). |

Doesn't look that good, try
Spybot - Search & Destroy from http://security.kolla.de and
AdAware 6 from http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download

Thanks, rusticdog. I run spybot on a regular basis and it hasn't picked up this application. I'll follow the link and post there. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me.
