rundll32.exe problem

To people who have a solution,

If i post this in the incorrect forum i'm sorry...

My sister is having problems with her windows xp. A .exe program name rundll.exe takes away all her cpu resources causing it to be always on 99-100% capacity. It causes her computer to be slow and sluggish. When she ends the task (on the task manager) the computer becomes normal and runs perfectly.

My sister is an administrator/owner of the P.C. With two other administrators. I ran Ad-aware, Norton Anti-virus, and AVG 6.0 on her account with the lates updates for these programs. The results came perfectly normal with no problem.

The strange thing about this problem is that it only happens to her account and not the others users account.

I downloaded all the windows xp critical update. Please don't suggest using system restore I deleted all the restore points using disk clean-up utility.

Any ideas?

read this http://support.microsoft.com/default.as...-us;812340 if thats not helping then try to find out what application is causing this, i know for example bridge.dll can cause this, so then you need to fix that with HiJackThis but first

Delete temp internet files and history and cache

Download CWShredder from [url]http://www.computercops.biz/downloads-file-349.html [/url] run it. Select the fix button & it will get rid of everything related to CoolWebSearch. Close ALL other programs & windows, including IE, before running CWShredder.
Reboot

Download & instal Spybot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download Update it before scanning.
After the scan is complete, have spybot fix everything marked RED.
On the page that first opens when you start Spybot there is an option to immunise, you should do this.

Download & instal Adaware from http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=506
& update it B4 scanning.
In settings under 'scanning,' have it set to
'scan within archives,'
'scan active processes,'
'scan registry,'
'deepscan registry'
'scan my IE Favourites for banned URL's,'
'scan my host's file.'
Remove what it finds by placing a check in the box to the left of the object. Reboot

and then ....... after registrating (its free)

Create and Unzip to a folder, not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
