Help!

I brought Norton Anti Virus for £40 I installed it.
I done a full scan which took long, But it did not get rid of 2 Viruses I had on my PC? Which are: Mscent and sncrtn
Does anyway one know how to get rid of these Manually?

Check the norton site also I believe the Mscent viri collects pswd's saved on your sytem also i think there has been a mircosoft update for this virus as well so U need to up date.
