I don't know if it has anything to do with the instability, but i would turn off the public cgi proxy asap (if it's still there). Such things come close to virtual suicide imo. If you like you can post it under a different url in a subforum that is only visible for members with - say - more than 5 posts.

From my assessment the domain cheatandwin is having problems. I do not know if whatever Kye-U is doing with www.cheatandwin.com/~proxo/forums/index.php is causing the crashes [like the cgi proxy you alluded to] I suspect not unless the domain admin has given Kye_U admin privileges over the domain and he does not know what he is doing

OK, Got an update from KmrDrow.
The previous host malfunctioned and now "Drow" has bought space from another host.
The data and files will be transferred soon. |

Funny how we keep meeting like this! 
You might be right about the DoS thing, but I'll bet that KmrDrow isn't the intended target. I'm betting that he's unfortunate enough to be sitting on a shared server somewhere that's also hosting a targeted domain. That would account for the nameserver also being off-line.
As for how to solve the problem, and get the Proxo forum back up and running, well.... I'll wait for Kye-U to ask for ideas before I throw my two gilders into the ring.
Sergeant Kye-U, are you out and about? Got any news for us?
