Please can anyone help me I have no idea on computers and have been affected with netsearchsoft. I have adaware and CWshredder installed run both programs which are unable to detect/remove the program is there a simple way out of this for me to remove the virus????

I have also run hijack this recommended by google and attached is the file

Appreciate any help I can get
