Hi.
Yesterday my internet explorer begam displaying "sas proxy restricted page". It had never done this before. It is not allowing me to view certain websites -- ie hotmail.com -- netscape is working fine.
What to do?
Thanks... |

We eventually figured out the problem. Let's see if I can remember how to do it. I'm going to explain this through Explorer 6, so if you use something else, adjust accordingly. Go to Tools > Internet Options. Click on the "Connections" tab. Now, either you click on the Settings button for your Dial up or VPN connections, or you click on the LAN Settings button at the bottom. Look for anything that refers to SAS proxy, or sas.xxxxxx.xxxxx, etc and delete it. That should fix your problem. |
