Recently had to reformat hard drive due to a Virus. Now,whenever I download a file and got to open and run it the pc restarts everytime.
So far have tried to run and install AVG anti virus,filetopia,msn messenger,incredimail and norton anti virus all with no luck at all.

I can happily surf as long as I like but it will not let me install anything I download..

20gb hd

Only new item added is broadband,any ideas anyone?? Cool
