|
|
I have a similar problem to (mountainbike). I have been infected with the StartPage-CZ trojan. McAfee detects and deletes it, but it returns again and again with a new .dll name. I also get multiple .dll errors upon startup like Msgsrv32 caused and error in Kernel32.dll or Msgsrv32 caused and error in IPHLPAPI.DLL or VER.DLL and so on and so on. In response, I have downloaded and run CWShredder and fixed problems. I Used AdAware 6.0 to find problems and fixed. Also I have used Spybot S&D 1.3 which seems to detect an EXPLOIT trojan and other hijackers. I delete them as directed and the next time I run, they are there again. My antivirus software is McAfee Online8.0 which updates automatically(seemingly everyday). Full system scan shows no problems. I am a total novice at this. Below is the Hijack this log from today. I don't have a clue how to read this. I could really use your expertise with this. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
