|
On starting computer Windows XP gives following message
Common Client User Session encountered a problem and needs to close. Subsequently I cannot get internet access and only “page will not display”.
I am using cable modem via router. My PC is wired to the router. There is no problem with router as my laptop can access internet wirelessly. I have tried direct connection to modem but no luck. I use Norton Antivirus 2004 and firewall provided by my Netgear router.
The error message gives you the option to debug but this fails with message
An exception “unhandled Win32 Exception” has occurred in ccApp.exe
Other information from error message
Error Signature:
AppName: ccapp.exe
AppVer: 2.1.0.610: ccemlpxy.dll
ModVer: 2.1.0.610: offset 0017b00
Also message
JIT debugging failed with the following error: Server execution failed
Any suggestions how this problem can be solved.
