Actulice popup........

I got this actulice popup thingy and searching around this site i managed to create my own hijack this log
Can someone help me pls,and what are the damages this virus or trojan(i dunno) can do?And is it safe to use my hijack this to delete every single 1 of these?Will deleting these make my com faster or remove the actulice virus?Are all these all the excessive programs that is not needed (like spywares?)?Is there those simple clean .exe programs that can clean my computer of the actulice virus?thanks a lot

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

Sad...i removed those stuff n the popup seemed to clear,but i accidentally ran this on my reboot

C:\WINDOWS\System32\xdllregd.exe

now..i have the popup again sigh...why am i so dumb T_T

This is my new log after i fixed those u told me to fix,running the exe file and deleting xdllregd.exe.
i still get the popups due to the reason that i run xdllregd.exe
