warnings???

I don't mean to waste anyone's time, but as I've been browsing this forum, I noticed that some people have warnings and a number above their user id, and one was currently banned from here.
Don't worry, I know what 'warning' means (LOL), but I was wondering what kinds of action bring about such a thing. I know u're not s'posed to swear, but is that the only thing?
Again, don't worry, I am just curious, I'm not trynna get any warnings (knock on wood). Thumbs Up

Hi sweet_g, we know that for a lot of folks the notion of rules at websites are a new thing. Basically it all boils down to having self respect and respect for others not to mention contributing in a positive and constructive manner.

Thanks for your response Paul. I understand that it's not everyone's nature to check out the rules before browsing a site, whether they recommend that you do or not. But it really can help with what the site is all about and it can answer those little questions that may or may not make a big difference in your status on the site. I am happy to say that I have no warnings (as you can see), and now that I've read the rules, there is no excuse if I should ever accumulate any.
BTW...this is a great site here, very informative.
