paul,
when the admins get cleaning up the threads at the end of their shifts or just periodically, they end -up clearing all data from the new forum posts and when you go to it you find this:
No topics or posts met your search criteria

Can they just leave the top ten most recent posts on the thread ?

and continue from there ?
or is that not possible?

can you feed the squirrels too?

instead of deleting all the posts from the most recent new posts; just take all but the last ten and continue from there.
and the squirrels refers to the site speed.
it is not taking 23 seconds to load here now but it is still the slowest one that i go to .

This site's page refresh time is rocking compared to anytime since I joined here. I too wonder what you're on about TMOV. Posts are being deleted? I can still call up posts back from the early days of this site.

well i can get to them by going to the place called my topics, but those are ones that i originated not ones i replied to and when i go to my posts which is titled "your posts" i can go to the first page but from there on i can>not get anymore data.
even if i try to use the "next" function
i can not go anywhere.
so that's what im on to.
and the site is handling data to me very slowly.
the tracert was submitted, but i'm not sure exactly how to interpret that.

I can still find all the posts from back to when I first joined as well, although no even close to your time here ikeb still plenty enough time.
