|

I downloaded TH and have decided this is not what I want. I'm sure it's an excellent program, but not for me.
I attempted a removal only one day into trial from add/remove programs, but it has left TH folder and 4 files behind that will not allow me to remove them? I contacted the company with this request, but have not been provided with a remedy. If some here can provide the solution, I'll recontact them indicating problem resolved.
Thanks, have a safe and prosperous day...

Did not uninstall Guard, first... if this is what I was supposed to do, will I be able to delete folder and remnants? Shall I download TH again and follow a certain procedure?
Thanks Much, be safe and prosperous...

You can always remove TrojanHunter by rebooting into Safe Mode and deleting the TrojanHunter folder. Most often problems like this happen if you uninstall while TrojanHunter Guard is still running. |
