At a first glance it looks like a UPX packed file.I would add it to the ignore list.I'll try to find something more about it and I'll let you know

That appears to be the full version (15.3 MB) of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0. TH probably won't read it because it is still zipped and in your Temp folder. If you double-click it you can install this on your PC. Otherwise, if you do not want nor need it, delete it.

Not a *wrong* answer. UPX is a popular freeware packer/zip utility. You said it was packed/zipped. I just added a little more info.
