The civilian website (non-secured, or not accessed through the Air Force Portal) is at: http://www.wpafb.af.mil/naic/
Its not as cool as the secure site.... so if you have access to the portal (found at https://www.my.af.mil/gcss-af/afp40/USAF/ep/home.do ) try there.... much nicer and more complete than what the public gets to see.

Thanx...
It'll get more difficult in the next few years to view such websites at anything but the "public" version. The Global Combat Support System will eventually be the framework where government sites are kept safe, and access will have to be through the Portal (nothing I've written here is classified -- you can probably get the same info from a google search if you hunt for CINC129 Requirements). Frankly, I feel it is about time the government started paying attention to what it preaches. *lol*
