HI!! For some reason...when I click Norton antivirus this pop out "this program does not have a program associated with it or performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."


Then...when I click programs, this window called "run as" always pop out and ask "which user account do you want to use to run this program? then I can click either the current user and it has a choice called "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity -This option can prevent computer viruses from harming you computer or personal data, but selecting it might cause the program to function improperly" or the follwing user.

Moreover, when I type websites into internet explorer...it says C:\Document and Settings\Desktop is not accessible.
Access is denied

Do I have viruses or what?? Please help if anyone know the answer!!!!

Why don't you do a virus scan or do a HiJackThis
