I ran the TCP Port scanner and it came up with
ESTABLISHED CONNECTION: Possible Netspy1, YAI Trojan found on port 1024.
I have updated my anti-virus software, scanned and nothing was found. Does this mean it was a false alarm or is AVG Anti-virus not up to the job? |

You might want to use a Trojan Scanner (not a Virus Scanner) from the CC Downloads Section. I hope that works!.

Your welcome!.
To get rid of that homepage problem, download Ad-Aware from the CC Downloads Section under Spyware Scanners (If you don't already have it) and run a deepscan on your main drive (eg. C:\) and it should get rid of that problem!.

I have already got it and it doesn't pick anything up any more, I also installed SpyBot search and destroy, that finds things that Ad-Aware doesn't but I still have the problem |

Have you got the most update file to scan with?(With Ad-Aware). To do that, click on the globe in the top right corner, then try a deepscan on your main drive and see what it does, I hope that works!, I'm running outta ideas,

Try downloading Spyware Search and Destroy from the Spyware section of CC Downloads and run it. I've heard that its a very good spyware killer. Good Luck!
