hi everyone.

thank you in advance

just wanted to know about private messages.i've signed up without one i think? .How do i put it on my account now?. (sorry not to good with computers)

i've had a problem recently and seen a few people on this site that i think could solve it but i know they do this for free to help people and feel i would be over stepping the mark if i sent them a pm. if possible can you direct me to a revevant page on this site with the rules. i've had so much help from this site without having to post anything. i would rather not upset anyone and not be able to get help again.

Please do not PM or e-mail the staff for personal support though. The thing to do is to launch a new topic at the forum, where everyone will be able to see it and help out.

Also, your problem and our response may help someone else in the same predicament!

Please don't post your issue more than once, to do so is confusing and adds to the time before you will be helped

The forums are the place to get any computer issues sorted.
