|
|
Could someone help me? My computer has been hijacked by casprog. I have read the previous posts on topic, but I need a bit of info. The instructions from the Golden Palace Casino tell me to go to the control panel and remove "casino" before downloading the uninstaller. However, when I go to add/remove programs I do not see "casino" listed. I called the toll free line and they said to just delete "casprog" since that's the closest thing I had to "casino". The earlier messages made it sound as though deleting casprog like that would be a bad idea, and I don't trust those SOBs since they're the one who stuck me with this problem in the first place. Could anyone clarify the next step for me? I don't want to take a risk and make things worse. I doubt this would have any bearing on the issue, but just to let you know I already removed "internet optimizer" before I realized what I was dealing with. |
