Is there any guides on this site that provide step-by-step instructions for cleaning a computer system using current software and tweaks? For example:

- CWshredder
- Ad-aware
- Spybot
- etc

I thought the step-by-step instructions (provided by "crunchie" & "BullDog") in this thread were particularly usefull:
