I am a proud owner of Benign and MailWasherPro, and would like to know if it would be beneficial to run a firewall also along with them? I am using dial up. Confused

No problem running a firewall with MailWasherPro and Benign as long as you give them internet access.
Any problems then please get back.

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of Outpost as ZA has a lot of bloat. I was using ZA before I got MWP and Benign.

I use ZA free edition personally because I like the price Smile
but I have basic mail safe protection disabled on my win98se.
I find that it works well with Benign, MailWasherPro and AVG free edition.

Cheers

Greyhound,

Arrow I'm using Benign and MailWasher Pro with Zone Alarm Pro and AVG AntiVirus Version 7. The configuration works together very nicely.

Arrow It's not my current configuration ... but in the past I've had Benign and MWP working effectively with the free versions of Zone Alarm and AVG.

Not sure if this is correct place to post this but here goes......

I am using Benign, Mailwasher Pro & Zone Alarm (Free Version)

and every time I first receive in emails in the day ZA wants to know if B9 should be allowed access and sould be allowed to act as a server, despite me ticking the box for ZA to remember my response (which is yes)

Not sure where the problems lies or how to resolve it
