Problems reinstalling ZoneAlarm Pro 4. PLEASE HELP ME!

I am receiving a DLL Library Error when I try to re-install ZoneAlarm Pro 4. When I try to contact customer service to get help they require me to give my credit card number to charge me $2.95 a min. just to get help with something that I spent $40.00 on in the first place! I un-installed it because it would not let me open it up for whatever reason. Now I am getting pop-ups again. And I am sure someone somewhere is trying to get into my computer again. About 4 months ago someone or something began to download file after file into my computer. In fact by my calculations we were getting about 60 downloads a min. I think it is complete bunk that I have to pay for customer support! I am in Real Estate and I work out of my home with information via the internet. I have to have this program! Can you give me some advice on how to reinstall this program? PLEASE HELP!!!

Try following these instructions, just don't try getting an uninstaller and don't worry about the deskband registry entry.

Then go to your windows temp folder and delete everything, then find the folder named Internet logs and delete it then empty your recycle bin. ZA should be gone. Now reboot windows and then try reinstalling ZA, and if it asks, do a clean install.
