|
|
Hi folks,
Since updating my PC from Win98* to Win2000, I got NAV2002 to work alright, but as I update to NAV2003 the Norton Antivirus engine doesnt load fully and windows doesnt start properly. The icons and taskbar load up, but when it comes to NAV2003 the Auto-Protect almost blocks the system and won't finish the start-up.
When trying a warmstart, the following problems seem to be blocked in the memory during the start-up procedure: AGSeyApp.exe, ccApp and maybe AXWINFrame. Also a windows 'Set at run time' was resident.
If I start the PC then under safe-mode, and then I deactivate the Auto-Protect, Windows 2000 loads fine!
How do I enable the Auto-Protect in NAV2003 to work properly? Is there a driver conflict of some sort? PLEASE HELP!
Thanks!
p.s. I did uninstall everything correctly using the RNAV2003.exe. I deinstalled everything and reinstalled from scratch (even in regedit the keys were removed). |

ccApp
That program must run in order for AutoProtect to run successfully.
Do an uninstall and clean install. |
