Hi sorry for the delay. Premium membership upgrades are done manually. With the DDoS we were having issues getting into the place where I do the upgrades. We were also having issues sending and receiving email because of the DDoS, so some of the notifications came late. Paul and I also tried to escape on our honeymoon a day here and there as well.
