newbie here,need help bad

I just did your scan,and passed it.But my PC is infected
with look2me.I run my lava,and norton,constantly.And,Everytime
,I find a post about it,and how to remove it,I get booted.
I also can not get to the look2me uninstaller tool.I did
download LSPFix tool,but it does not have the option,your post
said.It just has mswsock.dll winrnr.dll and rsvpsp.dll. And,right now
I am running low on system resourses because of this.
And can't turn my PC off at all,or I will completely lose everything.Sorry,but right now,I'm getting bumped
all over too.I may not even find my way again.
Thanks for any help.

We need a snapshot of your running processes..........but First:

Download : HiJack This!

Create and Unzip to a folder not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
Unzip the download (using a piece of software like: Winzip)

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log in a text file, and post it in the CCSP "Spyware - Hijack Related" forum:

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
