Deleted files are bypassing the Norton Protected Recycle Bin. The option to delete without going to rhe Recycle Bin is not checked.

This is the message I get when I try running the unerase wizard:
Critical Message
Unexpected value found in the Recycle Bin date file

I've uninstalled and reinstalled NSW. It didn't help. I've checked Symantec.com knowledge base, no results.

Anyone here know how to fix the situation so my deleted files go to the RB and stay there until I empty it?
