Hi, I am new to this but I think a hacker has access to my computer and don't know what to do, his alias is General Failure, and sometimes when I am working I get this window saying General failure reading hard drive. How can I stop him from accessing my info since I am worried he might find some credit card numbers or something.

Thank You

Do you have any type of firewall or antivirus?

If not these are both free and very good:

Zone Alarm (firewall):
http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/c...wnload.jsp
AVG Antivirus:
http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

After you download them make sure to update your virus definitons and updates for zone alarm!!

No, General Failure isn't reading you hard drive.

Sergent Failure is.

Is this post supposed to be a joke, because it was funny if it was.

I have a quesion about AIM. I don't use it, never have. I have AOL and most of the time I block even those IMS. Yesterday ( while blocked) I received an IM from AOL telling me I was signed on in 2 places and one was thru AIM. I called AOL and all they said was change my password, their solution for everything @@. I did it anyways and it is still happening. So, I DL Aim and tried to use my AOL sn but it says it is taken, anyone know what I can do?
Thanks
