Hi Berserker,
Welcome, if you have not registered, please do it now. If you'd prefer not too, that's fine but, be aware that you cannot post your log in the forum shown below.
To establish what's going on, we need to take a look at your running processes. To do this, please follow these instructions after reading these messages:
Virus=Read This: http://www.computercops.biz/postt8864.html
HiJack= Read This: http://www.computercops.biz/postt911.html
Download: HiJack This!
Create and Unzip to a folder not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and press "Scan".
Unzip the download (using a piece of software like: Winzip)
When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log in a text file, and post it in the CCSP "Spyware - Hijack Related" forum:
http://computercops.biz/forum67.html only post here if you are registered, if not registered, add post here on this thread.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
*Please, be patient. An expert will examine your log and this does take time. Please, no 'Bumps' and no 'Dupes'. Thank you.* |

Fix these items:
O2 - BHO: Core Library - {D4D505DF-D582-400c-91B6-84921012AFE3} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\PDF44a5.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Popup Defence Updater] regsvr32 /s C:\WINDOWS\System32\pdfupd.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SafeGuard Popup Updater (required)] regsvr32 /s C:\WINDOWS\System32\PDF44a5.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lBno] C:\documents and settings\hannah\local settings\temp\lBno.exe
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/21075a5a7a9809073a...xIE601.cab
O16 - DPF: {9EB320CE-BE1D-4304-A081-4B4665414BEF} - http://www.mt-download.com/MediaTicketsInstaller.cab
Check add/remove programs for sidesearch and popup defence. REmove them if present.
C:\documents and settings\hannah\local settings\temp\lBno.exe
If you are not saving anything in it, empty this temp folder, if you are saving something, be sure to at least delete this file.
Run spybot.
