Java Problem in I.E. plus Netscape.

Well when my I.E. 6 quit working i downloaded Netscape. Anyways, I.E. wont open up hotmail page or anything to do with Java for that matter. And netscape worked fine until the other day i am not sure what happened but i uninstalled it and reinstallled it again and it still is broke. Whenever i click on the icon for netscape it just shows the hour glass for a second and then stops and nothing at all happens. Does anyone know what is wrong with these two. I will include a highjack this logfile if it helps.
