I am unable to use System Restore. When I try to create a restore point, it keeps telling me to reboot first. So I do, and when I try to create the restore point, it comes up with the same message. This concerns me, although I am not sure of the full impact as I don't know a lot about computers.  If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much.
