I want to say thank you. Magictouch was patient with my ignorant questions and systematically cured my WinTools problem. I'm so impressed, I signed up for premium membership.

I have never had trouble like this before and frankly have been blissfully ignorant of the problem. Is there a primer somewhere for noobs like me? I'd like to know more about how spyware works and more importantly how to protect against future episodes like this one.
