Can't download Benign.

Hello, when I click on download for Benign I get the message that my security settings won't allow d/load of Benign.
Would anyone have an idea what adjustments are required for d/load.
I have tried several adjustments inc. putting in Trusted, no joy. Sad

Almost forgot. I downloaded SpywareBlaster last night without a problem.
I have run out of ideas.

Hello Ikeb and hamster, just clicking on those links immediately tells me about my security settings, doesn't even start to load.

But all is not lost yet, Hamish sent me the installer via email, fingers crossed all will be well. I don't have time to go any further now.
