I have Windows Xp pro running on a dragon board soyo, 512 MB of ram, AMD Althon XP 1.35 GHz.. all this is new parts. I have a video card inside as well which is 6-7months old, ATI Radeon 7000. This morning when i was turning on my computer to boot me up to where i enter my password to get into windows. It didn't work that way, it automically started my computer. I went to safe mode and did this, it loaded the computer into safe mode but won't load windows in the normal mode. I have a cable internet, I unhooked my cable connected to the computer and tried to see if it would load into the normal window (not safe mode). It worked that way. When i connected my cable back into the cable, it boots me out without any warning and restarts computer back to where you login into windows. I have ran a virus scan, updated the viruses to date..Nothing picked up. I am clueless to what it is going on here. Please help me.
