Hey I am having huge problems with my computer...I can't get into anything in the control panel and I can't look at the time menu either. Everytime I click on them this pops up...

"Windows cannot find 'rundll32.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click on the Start Button, and then click search."

So I really don't know what to do. I have Windows XP...
Any help ANYONE can offer would be awesome!
I am in between computer illiterate and pretty good...
