If you are having Problems with ZA 5 Message from ZoneLabs

In our forum and in other online communities, Zone Labs has seen reports of system crashes with the new version 5.0 of our ZoneAlarm products. Our Support organization, however, is not receiving very many reports of crashes. We are committed to solving any issues our customers may be experiencing, so if you have had a system crash as a result of upgrading to 5.0, please contact Zone Labs Support.
When you contact Zone Labs Support, please give as much detailed information as possible, including:
* Windows version
* What additional software loads at startup on your PC, such as antivirus. Please include the version numbers of those programs.
* The version of ZoneAlarm, ZoneAlarm Plus, or ZoneAlarm Pro that you upgraded from.
* Whether you can reproduce the crash repeatedly and how.
* If you know how to create a complete Windows memory dump, please let our Support personnel know. They might contact you to ask you to do so.
Remember to completely fill out the support request form, not leaving any field blank. Please include your email address and, ideally, your phone number.
