SNDmon.exe and Home Network Problems!

Hi everyone, first post here! Wink

Please can someone help with this problem, as I can't seem to find good help anywhere else!

Basically, I have 2PC's...one is the main (host) and my other one, that connects through me to use my broadband etc.

Anyway, I have NIS2003 installed, and recently updated it and found this new SNDmon.exe startup. Ever since this, my other PC can still access my shared files, and ping me. I can ping it as well! Yet it can only access one web page, and that's Google! Nothing else works! Sad

I've added it's IP address to my firewall, but still no other websites work. Is this new SNDmon.exe possibly causing the problem?

Do i need this thing starting up?

SNDmon.exe is an update for a security hole found in Norton Internet Firewall 2002, 2003, and 2004. So I would not recommend disabling it from startup. Here is an artical about it.

The security hole problem is with the Symantec firewalls:
